Pokemon: Sapphire Version

When it comes to the Pokemon series, the Game Boy Advance version of Pokemon - Sapphire Version is the best-selling title to date. Although it's essentially a digital rehash of previous games, it was a much better experience than the originals. The game's gameplay began with a clean slate, meaning the original 251 Pokemon were not present. Instead, players began in an all-new land called Hoenn, which was still filled with ancient magic and mysterious stone towers that loomed above the clouds.

The game's introduction introduces the Latias, which you'll battle after defeating Duskull. In the Sapphire version, the Latias will appear after defeating Sharpedo. You'll meet Latias in the forest before you enter the water. The game also introduces a new kind of weather - rain. This is a welcome addition to the game.
